SPINTPATCH Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy applies to all products purchased through the official SPINTPATCH website (www.sprintpatch.com), outlining the warranty terms, return rights, and related requirements to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users. By purchasing SPINTPATCH products, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
1. Warranty Period
All SPINTPATCH products come with a one-year warranty period from the date of delivery (based on the logistics signature time). During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions or has quality defects under normal use (excluding man-made damage, improper use, or unauthorized disassembly), SPINTPATCH will provide free repair services or replace the defective parts (subject to product availability).
2. 7-Day Unconditional Return Right (Unsealed Products Only)
If you are not satisfied with the purchased SPINTPATCH product, you may apply for an unconditional return within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is unsealed, unused, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and labels intact). The return shipping fee for unconditional returns shall be borne by the user.
3. Return and Exchange Restrictions After Unsealing
Once the product packaging is unsealed (including but not limited to opening the product box, removing the seal, or using the product), returns and exchanges will not be accepted for non-quality reasons. Non-quality reasons include but are not limited to: personal dislike, wrong purchase, change of mind, or damage caused by improper use, man-made factors, or unauthorized disassembly.
4. Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered by the one-year warranty and no returns or exchanges will be provided:
• Damage caused by improper use, man-made damage, collision, falling, or incorrect operation;
• Damage or malfunction caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair of the product by the user or a third party;
• Normal wear and tear of the product (such as surface scratches, wear of consumable parts) during use;
• Damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, floods, fires, etc.) or other external factors beyond SPINTPATCH's control;
• Products without valid purchase records (such as missing order numbers, invalid proof of purchase).
5. Warranty and Return Application Process
1. Application: To apply for warranty service or return, please send an email to support@sprintpatch.com within the corresponding period, stating the reason for the application, and providing the order number, product photos (clear photos of the product and its packaging), and logistics signature certificate.
2. Review: SPINTPATCH will review your application within 3 working days after receiving it and inform you of the review result and subsequent processing steps via email.
3. Processing:
○ Warranty: If the application is approved, we will inform you of the warranty address ({ADDRESS}) and related precautions. You need to send the defective product to the specified address, and the shipping fee shall be borne by SPINTPATCH. After the product is repaired or replaced, we will send it back to you free of charge.
○ Return: For eligible 7-day unconditional returns (unsealed products), after the application is approved, we will inform you of the return address ({ADDRESS}). You need to send the product back in its original packaging, and the return shipping fee shall be borne by you. After we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund within 5 working days (the refund will be returned to your original payment account).
6. Policy Updates
SPINTPATCH reserves the right to revise this Warranty Policy in accordance with changes in laws, regulations, or business needs. The revised policy will be prominently displayed on the official SPINTPATCH website (www.sprintpatch.com) and will take effect immediately after publication.
