2. Return & Refund Conditions
Eligible for return and refund:
If the product you received has quality problems (such as damage, malfunction, inconsistency with the official website description, etc.), wrong delivery, or missing delivery, you may apply for a return and refund. The return and refund period is 30 days after receipt (based on the logistics signature time).
Not eligible for return and refund:

Special offer clearance and promotional flash sale products (clearly marked as "no return or refund");

3. Return Shipping Fee Responsibility

4. Return & Refund Process
